These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Brussels Elite Transport’s Website and Services.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Brussels Elite Transport if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before pickup may be subject to a 50{da7701cdf2efc5fda8145db72614ea755b49298847ae4073d831c0e514eea02e} cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
3. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for their luggage. Please ensure you select a vehicle with sufficient capacity for your luggage. We are not liable for any damage to or loss of luggage.
4. Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse transport to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a threat to the safety of the driver or vehicle. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
5. Flight Delays
We monitor flight statuses. For airport pickups, the first 60 minutes of waiting time after actual landing time are included. Additional waiting time may be charged.
